Sensory Processing is a bitch and I have been down that road of questions. I'd rather just work on the answers. 

Sweetie Pie started OT last week for "sensory processing difficulties & delayed self-care". Yup. Vague. 

But I know it can't hurt and might help, so here we go!

Yes, this is life at our house... boo boo's, nose picking, and being the  youngest she does get stuck wearing boys underwear sometimes ;). Toddlers sure do keep it interesting!

Project 52/ Week 7 "Motion"

I instantly wanted to make this black & white because of the shadows and light, but her pink shoes were so cute, I missed them. So I tried it both ways :) 

Project 52 / Childhood Memories

Playing in the backyard with the siblings, I did a lot of this as a child growing up in the country and my kids do it all the time. Just making up games and entertaining each other. We rarely have play dates, but with kids 7,5 and 3 years old, they love to play together. Its a blessing!

Project 52 - Week 1 - Self Portrait

I just started doing a Project 52 with some ladies from a Clickin Moms class I just finished. I figured "why not" and I was right, because the challenge of this week (self - portrait) was hard.

I took an opportunity to try out the window light and had to move the chair a few times to get closer to right.

This is my youngest and I on the first day back to school for the "bigs". We didn't brush our hair or teeth and I thought about brushing my hair but thought "well, this is how I am most of the time so what the hell."

I love how she is looking out like into the world and I am looking at the camera like this is my life. I never show up in photos so this is rare.

Sweetie Pie Rocks the House

I made this a few months back, but it was my first storyboard ever and since I take too many photos, storyboards are a nice solution for sharing them...

This night was just Sweetie Pie and I... having some overdue quality time together. She reminds me daily of how amazing life can be, even when I am not always in control and  never knowing what surprises wait around the corner...

Even hard times can be blessings... She is living proof!

Later today when she is melting down because we are out of her favorite juice and then poops in her underwear...

I will still be grateful.
